Soames Point

Views across the Shoal channel to Keats Island and to the mountains were the driving feature for this 3,400sqft home. Sustainable design was also a priority, implementing geothermal heating, highly insulated building envelope and multi-zone mechanical systems for areas less used.  The clients' love for gardening and the natural environment is respected around the site, while fir trees from the property were milled and used as exposed timber.
